The authors analyze changes to Federal Law No. 685-ФЗ “On Education”. The following research methods were used in the work: study and analysis of specialized literature, synthesis, modeling, comparison, generalization, observation, system analysis and theoretical knowledge. A higher medical school must strictly comply with traditional spiritual and moral values. However, the ability to think and act ethically and deontologically competently is formed through improving the forms and methods of training, education and development of the future specialist. Many years of unique experience in such successful educational, educational and scientific activities have been accumulated by the Department of UNESCO “Healthy lifestyle is the key to successful development”. This positive experience can be used by other medical universities for the purpose of spiritual and moral development of the student’s personality.
