Presented is correction to methodic of lecturing in the theme of radiation in the course of general physics at technical high schools. Opinion is proposed, that even without serious waste of class timing there is possibility to guarantee more widely acquaintance and more deep understanding of the theme, if to hold on proposed methodology. Introduced is idea as to material, by the help of which one could widen knowledge of students, comparing with getting at school course and at technical high schools in their programs of physics. Proposed are ways for achieving of such results without significant spreading of time for studying of the named theme at leading technical high schools as to the program. Also presented is description of laboratory work, where proposed is to use electro-luminescent radiation of LED for definition of some parameters of semi-conductors.
Key words: electromagnetic waves, thermal radiation, luminescent radiation, spontaneous emission, stimulated emission, LED, laser.
