Presented is analysis of personal values of patriotic direction of cadets of military high schools as actual scientific problem. In the article analyzed is factor structure of personal values of cadets. The authors identify in the structure of patriotic direction of cadets of military high schools such qualities, as patriotism, social and political activity, strive for service in armed forces, social status, persistence in achieving aim, presence of sharpness, steadiness of character, sociability, personal creativity, attitude of friends and compatriots, presence of interest for physical culture, hard work at hours of physical culture, and special skills as to physical culture. Outlined personal values of military patriotic direction are conditioning possibility of pedagogical impact on breeding patriotism in cadets of military high schools by means of physical culture.
