Professional self-determination: periodization of the process and support of it at high school

Examined is connection between professional orientation period, professional self-determination and professional development as subject of labor in modern society. Adopted is provision of the draft of “Doctrine of human education in the Russian Federation”, that development of personal potential and self-realization of each person towards himself and the world around is recognized as primary goal of the educational system. Analyzed are existing approaches in solving of problems of professional self-determination of students of high schools, and also shown is the need to develop a systematic approach, supporting the process of subjectivization and individualization of professional personal development of future professionals. Stressed are possibilities of pedagogical support of the process of professional self-determination of students in educational space of high school, as to concrete stage of realization of pedagogical support on the level of bachelorship.
