On “Obrazovanschtschina” as to A.I. Solzhenitsyn

Presented is critical analysis of principal ideas of well-known work by A.I. Solzhenitsyn “Obrazovantschtschina”, published in the year of 1974. The author of the article, is presenting to attention of the reader, examines the named work, that was of program character to dissident circles at that time, assisting in destroying the system of education of the USSR, from position of reviewing principal problems of modern national education. In that retrospective, are critically analyzed main ideas of A.I. Solzhenitsyn’s work, and of that basis the author’s conclusion is made, that after drastic changes in national education, that took place in recent time, there is time to make sense to pay attention to current situation in Russian education, taking into account perspectives of it’s further development.
