The paper focuses on the need to strengthen the system of domestic strategic information confrontation (IP); substantiates proposals for improving the socio-cultural system of individual entrepreneurs in conditions of uncertainty; summarizes the theoretical foundations of this phenomenon; examines the domestic regulatory legal framework governing individual entrepreneurs; reveals the forces, means of THE US IP; determines the reasons, hindering the work of the Russian socio-cultural mechanism of individual entrepreneurs; indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the IP system are presented.
