Problem of inclusive education of children with limited possibilities of health is analysed by the author. Model of inclusive education, included educational vertical and educational horizontal is presented. Competence model for inclusive educational system is offered.
Key words: inclusive education, inclusive mental development, system of polysubject interaction, training of psychologists for system of inclusive education.
