Rating system used in distant education for assessment of in-service teachers training participants’ individual improvement

            The author describes the problem of individual improvement measurement in distant education. The article presents experience of rating system usage in in-servicsteacherstraning. It provides some resource materials used in rating system, such as individual improvement check list and tasks for individual improvement assessment. Importance of rating system for both trainers and participants of distant education is highlighted.
