Peculiar features in using of organizational structures in the process of competence oriented management in training of future specialists in a high school

 

 

 

Management peculiarities in professional training of future specialists on principles of competence oriented approach are discussed. Basic organizational structures, expedient to be used by competence oriented management, are analyzed, as well as both their advantages and disadvantages revealed.
