Based on data from empirical research, the author examines phenomenon of entrepreneurial thinking of students and senior pupils. Main focus is on comparative study of development of four-leveled competences of young persons, i.e. responsibility, dominant motivation, willingness to comply with legal-regulatiry norms and value orientations, specific for a modern entrepreneurial person.
