Analyzed are problems of teacher’s mission in modern world. The author notes that both teacher’s authority and his role in social development are not only mental generating factors, but also results of pedagogic education, in which qualities as a leader should be most significant features, as well as professional pedagogic education itself be successive with forming training in senior school.
