                   Experience in sociological diagnostics of NRU “BSU” consumers’ satisfaction with quality of educational services is presented. The authors substantiated the system of sociological indicators of quality of educational process, as well as interpreted results, received during it’s approbation. Some recommendations for high school administration are also formulated.
                   Key words: quality of educational services, consumers’ satisfaction, monitoring.
