Discussed is the problem of aims by elaborating of learning courses. Presented is three-leveled scheme of interaction of both aims and content of education, i.e. methodology of the project of Tuning Educational Structures in Europe, adopted to tasks of elaboration of courses. Also presented is step-by-step algorithm of elaboration of courses on theoretical level with showing of it’s realization for the course of “Mathematical logic”.
