The article examines the key aspects of the formation of competencies for the rational organization of the students’ daily routine. In their study, the authors adhered to the idea that the required competencies are basic for any person. The study is particularly relevant given the fact that the participants in the experiment are future teachers. The formation of the value system of the younger generation depends on their attitudes and goals in their upcoming professional activities. The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for the formation of competencies for the rational organization of students’ daily routines in the context of the educational process in higher education institutions. In order to achieve this goal, the project “Prevention of destructive organization of the daily routine” was developed. The article presents a step-by-step project implementation plan. The forms, means and methods of attracting the attention of young people to the problems of health care in general and the research topic in particular are described, the course of the experiment is described and the analysis of the results is given.
The presented material allows us to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed methodology for the formation of competencies for the rational organization of the students’ daily routine. The positive changes caused by participation in the project “Prevention of destructive organization of the day” indicate in favor of continuing the integration of developed forms of tools and methods into the educational process of the University.
