The article presents the results of a study of the characteristics of the resilience of young professionals with different levels of personal aggressiveness. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that a lack of resilience can lead to various problems, such as depression, anxiety, decreased self-esteem, failures in personal and professional life, as well as problems of interaction with other people. Therefore, it is important to develop resilience as a personal characteristic, especially among young professionals, to teach them ways to overcome difficulties and stressful situations, as well as to create favorable conditions for maintaining psychological health and strengthening psychological resilience. The study used tests and methods to determine the level of resilience, aggressiveness and conflict. The respondents were young teachers and aspiring practical psychologists. The results of calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient revealed a significant negative correlation between the indicator of the general level of resilience, components of resilience, the level of aggressiveness and its structural components.
