Presented is the research, aimed at development and theoretical justification of a set of pedagogical conditions for the development of interest in the professional training of future architects at the present time. The scientific novelty of the research consists in determining the complex of pedagogical conditions for the development of interest in professional training in higher education; in clarifying the content of the concepts “professional architectural activity”, “interest in professional architectural training” and “emotionally comfortable educational environment”.
