Problems of formation of terminological competence of students at technical universities

Noted is importance of terminological competence of higher technical school graduates. Defined are reasons that make competences formation difficult in the context of globalization of economy. Reform of the national standardization system in Russia predicts the 4th industrial revolution, described as the most critical reasons. Also revealed are problems of high school teachers in formation of terminological competence in training of graduates of enlarged students’ group on the degree program 150000 «Mechanical engineering» and measures to overcome the problems are proposed.
