Elaborated is essence of conceptual approaches to relationship between lifelong education and quality of scientific researches, affecting society, accentuated is attention on importance of this component for mutual development of all constituents of the system “person — nature — society”. Drawing is terminology analysis of definition “research qualification”, defined is the meaning of interrelation between research activity and lifelong education with taking into account systematic approach, picked out components of readiness for such activity, and also argued is actuality of solution of number of contradictions, that occur in theory and practice of this issue.
