Motivation in the process of professional training of students architects and designers

Discussed are problems of motivation of students-architects and designers in the process of professional training. Elaborated are ways for activity educational process on creative specialties of architects and designers by means of raising of levels of motivation in educational process, and also presented are various classifications of motives, with principal types of motivations, sponsoring aim oriented adaption of studying material and formation of cognitive motivation. Analyzed are opinions of various authors on the problem of formation of motivation in students in the process of professional coming-to-be. Shown are principal kinds of motives, defining successful adaption of professional disciplines.
