Analyzed is problematic of contemporary system of education with determining key groups of existing problems. As principal problems, nominated are those, connected with individualization of education, motivation of training, transparence and objectivity of educational process. Revealed are pre-requisites of creating and building of perspective system of education on the base of intensive developing technologies of functioning in informational space, described are contours of perspective system of education, functioning on the base of neuron networks and technology of block chain. Disclosed are meaning and merits of neuron networks and block chains as the “core” of educational system. Substantiated new meaning of streaming-attractor, mining approaches to development of personality, subject-to-subject approach, synergetic effect in education, and also digital space.
