System of continuous pedagogical education “school-high school” as culturological problem

Analyzed are conceptual methodological problems of formation of the system of continuous pedagogical education “school-high school”. Nowadays this system hasn’t clear basic foundations as to both levels of profile training in pre-high school education and in professional higher education. Stressed is, that functioning of such training of teachers is firstly based on formation of culturological direction of education, succession in studying of basic subjects and creation of the system of breeding, formatting important features of pedagogue. Special attention is paid to necessity of innovative pedagogical activity, including all subjects of educational process (school persons, students, teachers of schools and high schools), presenting single creative collective. Discussed are ways of renewing of content of education on pre-high school level (in particular, in mathematical training of students).
