Engineering scientific training schools and modernization of national higher education

Researched is the theme of organization of activity of engineering scientific training schools in the context of modernization of national higher education. Educational standards are examined as methodological base for modernization of national higher education. State awards of USSR for learning books are presented as confirmation of achievements of engineering scientific training schools, that are appealed to be the base of succession of technologies of education and breeding in national higher school.
