Revealed are pain points of the system for monitoring and evaluating results of education under context of implementation of competence approach at high school. Main trends of development of the system at the level of activity of teacher and the structural sub-division of university are singled out. Due to integrative nature of competencies, transition to interdisciplinary approach is justified, for implementation of which it is proposed to transfer the control and evaluation function of competencies to independent structure of university, uniting subject-matter, psychologists, methodologists, testers, and production workers. The thesis on necessity of legislative motivation of employers to participate in evaluation of the quality of graduates as young specialists is put forward.

Key words: quality of education, results of education, competences, system of monitoring and evaluation, quality center.
