Researched are conceptual and applied aspects of activity concerning increase of communicative culture for interns and residents under conditions of professional training at high school. Analyzed is phenomena of communicative culture as the system of value orientations, knowledge and competencies. Presented are results of pedagogic experiment, based on which formulated are psychological and pedagogic conditions for raining effectiveness of communicative culture of interns and residents. The worked out by the authors model for raising communicative culture includes four structural components, i.e. goal-related, content-related, process-related and reflexive. Presented are educational measures, aimed at creating conditions for raising effectiveness of interaction in community and improvement of public speech skills Basing on results of the research the authors worked out methodic (algorhythm) for raising of communicative culture of interns and residents in frames of professional training.
