Analyzed is the problem of motivation as leading factor of success in professional activity. Researched is motivation as leading factor of success of professional activity at commerce organization. On concrete examples, described are special features of motivation of professional work of employees of commercial enterprise on the basis of it’s comprehensive diagnosis. Also presented is the author’s project model of complex system of motivation of personnel of concrete commercial enterprise, designed on the basis of information of diagnostic data. As to the author, such project potentially might to raise effectiveness of the system of motivation of personnel, as well as to improve corporate culture of the enterprise.
