Analyzed is individual potential of primary and secondary school students, described by terms widely used in scientific pedagogical community as “giftedness”, “talent” and “genius”. The aim of the article is to present corresponding phenomena as kinds of endowment, which is regarded by the authors as the highest capacity level of the student. Proposed is complex of pedagogical measures, which allow to determine capacity level of the student on current stage of educational process. Also described are functions of teacher and school psychologist, as well as factors, underlying leveled model of “educational productivity and emotional condition”. Developmental prospects of modernizing presented methodology with using of technical means. Also the authors reviewed approaches of Russian and foreign researchers to the problem of giftedness in broad sense of the word. Conclusion is made, that intellectual activity does not make provoke in gifted child negative emotions and needn’t from him serious willpower.
