Discussed are peculiarities of interaction of participants of educational breeding process under conditions of inclusive education. The subject of study is only general education, since it’s other levels ought to be the subject of special surveys. Actuality of the study is conditioned by action of “International convention of right of disabled” and by realization of FZ “On education in the Russian Federation”. Also attention is paid to plans of the minister of education and science, stressing importance of inclusive approaches and methods as to modern school. The authors detach four fundamental vectors of interaction of participants in educational breeding process. Novelty of the study is being seen in examining obligations of participants in educational process, while the problem of moral qualities of students is being admitted as open to discussion.
