Corporate solidarity of universities

Elaborated are peculiarities in formation of corporate solidarity of university. Defined are conditions and resources of accumulation of social and human capital, as well as presented are results of the study of these processes at universities of Siberia and the Far East. Corporate solidarity is developing, based on combination of empathy of university staff to variety of processes, decisions and events in university environment, forming single socio-cultural space. Goals and values, mission and social capital of university are determined by social connections among personnel staff both within the community and beyond such. Also shown are some differences among teachers, researchers and administrative staff in university, which however are forming integrated system of corporate connections, based on processes of consolidation of university community.
