Analyzed is a number of problems in inclusive education. For solution of educational problems, the author offers methodical recommendations in the form of inclusive “Map of individual route of training in Russian language seminars”. The choice of individual route could be corrected, depending on speed and thoroughness of learning material by students (morphology, vocabulary, grammar, style), as well as ability to work in pair and micro-group. Special attention is paid to implementation of creative tasks. The purpose of the article is to show methodological algorithm of formation and monitoring of general cultural competencies (primarily communicative) in hearing-impaired students. Innovation of the author’s research result is practical use of the map not only in classroom at university, but also for self-learning and self-control by students.
