From internalism and externalism to the conception of triple determination of creativity

Analyzed are principal factors, determining appearance of discoveries and inventions in science and technology. Examined are their interconnection and inter-coordination. Shown is significance of the role of personality in scientific technical progress. Given is substantiation of principles of new conception of triple determination of creative process, and in connection with that pointed is, that sociocultural factor provides demand for discovery, intra-scientific gives historically formed cognitive basis for solution of the problem, and personal factor (mentality of creator) implements original superposition (overlay) intra-scientific and socio-cultural parameters, uniquely re-organized on the base of knowledge, intuition, will and faith. Conclusion is made, that namely interaction of analyzed factors, named the law of triple determination of scientific and technical creativity, leads to innovative scientific and technical results.
