New forms of participation of universities in innovative state-private partnerships: experience of the USA

Continued is the theme of state-private partnership, started by the author in Alma mater (Vestnik vyshei shkoly). In progress of such, defined are essence peculiarities of state-private partnership in innovative programs, incl. so called “radical innovations” (nano-bio-new information cognitive technologies). Analyzed are basic forms of participation of high schools in similar forms of activity. The named theme is concretely examined as applied to Russia, adapted the law on state-private business undertakings. Conclusion is made about actuality of such for economic safety of Russia. Noted is that the role of innovative SPP more and more often is being discussed in scientific works of Russian economists. General idea of all publications is recognition of central role of SPP in strategic development of the RF, and in strengthening of the role of Russia in world economic and politic.
