Analyzed is the problem of introducing of new methods of training by studying the course of anatomy at high school of non-medical profile (sport high school), the aim of which is raising use of visual aids of studying subject. Presented is educational methodic complex, composed of three parts, i.e. training materials for work at auditorium, materials for students’ independent work, and controlling part. Such composition might enable studying of anatomy structure during auditorium work, accumulating knowledge in the process of independent work, and also enables controlling quality of knowledge by student, as well as by lecturer. Interactive technologies and cross-platform presentation might open access to materials from any modern electronic installation at any time and from any point. Using of described educational complex would improve the level of lecturing subject and quality of knowledge of anatomy of human being by future trainers and teachers in phisical culture.
