Presented is analytical study, connected with identifying forming pedagogical competences of students under realization of higher music education. Development of higher education at present stage is focused on implementation of Federal state educational standards, based on competence approach. In this regard, the author carried out detailed analysis of FGOS at various levels of education. All pedagogical competences are systematized, and also identified is their logical continuity of communication, which are being realized in frames of disciplines of psychological and educational block in the process of music education. According to the author, identified patterns of pedagogical competences, as well as their continuity in the system of various levels of music education allow to guarantee effective formation of pedagogical competence of future musician teachers.
