Methodological tools for designing additional professional education programs are considered. Retraining of personnel is necessary to provide aerospace enterprises with specialists who can quickly adapt to new tasks using new technologies and who are familiar with the rapidly changing overall technical picture of the world. The authors propose using a methodology for identifying qualification deficits of employees of aerospace industry enterprises to build customized additional professional education programs.
