Competencies in educational legislation and by-laws

The subject of this publication is the study in the context of Federal Law ФЗ-273 of the concept of ‘competence’ as an element of the natural development of the traditional knowledge educational model, implemented by the set of basic educational programs of higher education, as a personal characteristic of a working specialist.
