The following methods were used in the work: theoretical (study and analysis of specialized literature, synthesis, modeling, comparison, generalization, system analysis, theoretical cognition) and empirical (pedagogical observation, conversation, survey, questionnaire, testing, rating system and self-assessment, pedagogical experiment). The authors of the article conclude that a person-oriented model is a promising way to develop a healthy lifestyle through education.
