This article is addressed to teachers with technical education. It considers an important aspect of pedagogical science related to the systemic approach of the learning process. It shows how the systemic approach is interrelated with the regularities of the learning process in higher education, as it is more qualitative and modern. It provides more opportunities for assimilation of learning information, which improves assessments in controlling the quality of knowledge.

It is noted in the article that the logical structure of the training course obeys systemic laws and increases the efficiency of learning. An example of the logical structure of the discipline “Engineering Graphics” is given. It is shown that learning, as well as any pedagogical action, always has a goal.

Keywords: pedagogy, system, interconnection of elements, learning process, patterns of functioning.
