Substantiated is urgency of the problem of developing a creative approach to specialists of the 21st century and introducing creative strategies into educational practice. Based on results of modern studies of genesis, essence, structure, typology of creativity, data in the field of theory and practice of pedagogy of creativity and results of socio-pedagogical research on demand for specialists of this profile, modular educational program for master’s degree “Development of the Child’s Creativity in Education”, aimed at development of creative resources of future professional teachers and in the future students, presented as “new generations of the new century”. Developed professional competencies, structure and content of modular plan of educational program are also presented, and features of organization of practices, research work and the state final certification are described. Content of the program, that includes basic and variable modules (“Psychology and pedagogy of the development of child’s creativity”, “Child’s art”, “Child’s social creativity”, “Child’s research creativity”, “Linguistic and literary child’s creativity”, “Research and maintenance methodology childhood ”, etc.) creates the basis for organizing creative educational environment and provides future specialists with opportunity to choose the route of their professional growth and field of activity.
