Shown is specific of training pedagogue researcher, proposed is the authors’ vision on content of training post-graduate students of pedagogical specialties. Presented is critical analysis of effectiveness of pedagogical post-graduate study, and elaborated are conditions to meet requirements to scientific instructor. Also demonstrated is experience in training of post-graduate students as professionals in profiles of pedagogues researchers at Institute for strategy of development RAO.
