Institutional aspects of conjugation between educational and professional standards

Identified are guidelines for interaction of higher education system and the sphere of labor in direction of improving the quality of competent specialists. Analyzed are problems of developing professional standards as the most important component of the National system of qualifications. Given are recommendations on combining educational and professional standards on the basis of increasing the effectiveness of social partnership between university and employer.
