Presented are experimental findings of mental emotional states and feelings, associated with specificity of service in penal system. The object of study was military students of departmental educational institution of Federal penal service of Russia. During examination of feelings all participants of research, who were military students of Pskov branch of Academy of FSIN of Russia, were divided into two groups, i.e. cadets living in barracks and cadets living in lodgings. For empirical measurements consequent comparative analysis, the author used methodic of diagnostic indicators and forms of aggressive behavior by A. Bass-A. Durkey and diagnostic methodic for evaluation of psychic activation, interest, emotional tonus, intenseness and comfort.
