Presented is socio-philosophical analysis of natural mechanisms of creative thinking of modern engineer. Noted is, that the need to implant in training of engineering personnel of very modern achievements of science and technologies involves formation of special characteristics of creative thinking as condition for accelerated scientific, technological and cultural development of the state. The authors analyzed scientific, philosophical and psychological pedagogical background, and also formulated proposals for more complete consideration of natural mechanisms of creative thinking in university practice of educational and scientific research activities of future engineers.
