Researched is actual theme, noted as post-reform syndrome in national education of the RF, having in the author’s opinion strategic meaning for education as a whole. Foreshortened this, in particular analyzed are problems of continuity, purpose of PKI and universities, overloading of schools, curriculum of school, lack of medical research in the course of reforms, etc. Also designated are separate approaches to solving of these problems. The author’s conclusion is made about possible steps for solving problems, noted in the research.
