Analyzed are problems, connected with education and employments in the Eurasian Economic Union. The aim of the article is in identifying of principal theoretical and legal aspects of integration in the sphere of education and creation of unified labor market within the Eurasian Economic Union. In the article analyzed are basic rules of the EEU Agreement, regulating problems connected with education and employment, in particular researched are the right on getting education by children of workers in member state of EEU and corresponding with such the right to work according to professional specialty and qualification.
