Organizational and methodical conditions of formation of competences of pedagogue in the process of theoretical training at high school

Substantiated are both necessity and possibility of re-orientation of high school’s programs of bachelorship onto more productive use of disciplines’ potential of theoretical training of students for formation of their competences. Shown are organizational and pedagogical conditions, promoting solution of the named task. Onto the basis of that task is laid the idea of inter-disciplinary integration of theoretical training of pedagogue by means of creation and introduction of special inter-disciplinary modules. Presented is concrete experience of corresponding work, realized at Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University, where elaborated are inter-disciplinary modules of “Profile research” as discipline with choice of variant part by students, then successfully introduced into the practice.
