Determined is “key” to understanding of academic competences is meta-science. It includes intra-theoretical, inter-theoretical and inter-filotheoretical transduction. Intra-theoretical transduction serves as control of four concepts, namely variables, laws, principles and objects by methods of deduction, adduction (experiment), induction and abduction. Inter-theoretical transduction is controlled by methods of problematization, innovation, symbolization and interpretation. Inter-filotheoretical transduction is management of series of theories, i.e. filotheories. It also carried out by the methods of problematization, innovation, symbolization and interpretation. So, genuine scientific and academic competencies are listed above as concepts and methods to manage them. All these competencies are not getting their expression if we assume that in the education are crucial knowledges, abilities and skills.

Key words: competence, deduction, adduction, induction, abduction, problematization, innovation, symbolization, interpretation.
