Interactive technologies in polycultural education

Examined are problems of using of interactive technologies in poly-cultural education, based on concepts of intercultural dialogue of Bakhtin-Bibler. Poly-cultural education uses interactive methods, already proven effectiveness and found acceptance in pedagogics, i.e. dialogue, discussion, modeling, role and business plays, reflective methods, situational tasks’ problem solving, etc. The named technologies appropriate are with reckoning of aims, functions and content of poly-cultural education. The author makes a conclusion, that the principal feature in interactive education is in development of initiative of students of educational process, which stimulated are by the lecturer in position as partner-lecturer. Opinion of the author is that both development and result of the process of education gain personal significance for all of partners of such, that opens opportunity to develop in students ability to independent solving of problems of professional coming-to-be.
