O. Evtikhov. Charisma Leader: phenomenology and features of formation

This paper presents the results of theoretical analyzis of the phenomenon of charisma in relation to the organizational and political leadership. The basic components of charisma that can make the conditions of forming the image of a charismatic leader are descibed.
