Emotional intelligence as an important component of the cultural-productive person

The authors focus on the necessity of formation of emotional intelligence as integrated quality of competence of future experts who can be capable to perform the activity in certain areas (competence), and as significant factor of increasing psychological culture of a society as a whole.
