Innovative way of society development should be based not on another piece of formal educational standards but on accumulating personality knowledge, aiming at understanding and developing creative capability while learning. It is possible only with the allowance of experience and traditions of oral education. Nowadays the dominated system of letter education aimed only at practical skills transferring to the prejudice of developing person creative ability.
